This week in MOD | Volume 1 | Issue 1

We'd like to thank all of the brave students, parents and teachers who walked out of school today to demand change from those who represent us in Madison, in Wisconsin, and in this great country. Nothing is more valuable then our right to free speech, and in a brief moment of cold, muddy lawns and loud crowds on the Capitol steps today, I cried at the beauty of our great people, doing exactly what we should be doing. There is nothing more democratic than our dissent. Our ability to render change through our voices, through our actions and through our energy will forever be our greatest privilege, and our greatest responsibility. This is what democracy looks like.
